The Eiffel Tower can be viewed from different angles nearby and it can also be viewed from afar, especially in a panoramic view. Hiking up 600 stairs to the top of the Eiffel Tower is undoubtedly an amazing experience as you get so close to the Tower, but taking in the view of Paris without the Eiffel Tower in it doesn’t sound so complete. You can actually view Paris with the Eiffel Tower from afar and as the saying goes, distance breeds beauty.
From the Tour Montparnasse
The Tour Montparnasse opens until late evening, so you will be able to catch the stunning sunset view, golden hour view, blue hour view and night view.

From the Arc de Triomphe
The next landmark other than the Eiffel Tower that comes to your mind is more likely the Arc de Triomphe. It’s not as high as the Tour Montparnasse, but you can take in views of Paris that include the Eiffel Tower.

Another panoramic view of Paris that includes the Eiffel Tower is from the viewing platform on top of the South tower of Notre-Dame Cathedral. There may be a queue there longer than at the Arc de Triomphe, but when you are there, it’s hard to resist the grandness of Notre-Dame, especially when its bells are ringing. The River Seine will be in this view, too.

From the Centre Pompidou
You may not know you can also view Paris with the Eiffel Tower in it from the top viewing deck of the Centre Pompidou.

From the Printemps
I came across this venue by chance. I wanted to have a rest at the Printemps and I saw the word “Panorama”, then I found myself at a rooftop terrace Déli-cieux. The whole experience was wonderful. The summer sky in Paris can be dramatic.
